How do I improve the Google Pagerank of my website?

I need the top 3 effective methods (FREE if possible)
What is F5?

Keep pushing F5 24/7 for 1 week. That should shoot it up significantly :) But also, maybe add some meta keywords in the site index. Send it into more search engines, and make it more popular and noticed.
