All major sites indexed by google have a rank between 0 and 10, 10 being the best. I’m wondering how many page rank 10 pages actually exist and which ones they are?

I’m not sure if there is an answer for that, because people outside Google would have to make millions of different searches to find that out and as far as I know Google hasn’t published the list of PageRank 10 web sites (Actually PageRank is calculated for a web page. Different web pages on the same web site usually have different PageRanks.). But you can find some PageRank 10 pages with Google Directory and using some PageRank search sites such as http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/ and http://www.top25web.com/pagerank.php
