It would require a separate query for each page, which would quickly get any script banned for doing that. If you use Google's webmaster tools, it will give you some idea of the overall scope of your site: http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ If you have that many pages, there are probably a lot on the same level (each song, or file, or whatever). You can streamline the PageRank flow through your site without necessarily knowing the exact PageRank of each file. I'd be happy to look at the site and offer any suggestions.
